SUBROGATION
Often overlooked subrogated claims offer the insurer the opportunity to recover all or part of a claims cost. SCN working in conjunction with Assistance Operators and Claims Adjusters identifies possible subrogation opportunities. Our clients then have the option to proceed either through our contracted subrogation attorney's or directly through their own.
REPATRIATION
Through our affiliated company, Assured Medical Associates, we are able to offer assistance in bed finding, medical accompaniment (by licensed Doctors) and liaison with treating physicians in other countries. Thereby giving our clients the opportunity to further reduce claims costs while providing excellent service.
IT SYSTEMS
Our claims software is totally web based, HIPPA compliant, and offers real time access and reporting on all claims data. Only an internet connection and a web browser are required and it is operating system independent. This means that you do not have to make any hardware, system or software changes in order to access all of the tools and information which we put at your fingertips.
Data and application servers are secure. Disaster redundancy runs 7 x 24. in fact our system is so flexible that we can quickly modify it to accommodate your preferred methods of working.
